Description

We’re looking for a Berlin-based, proactive, and technically skilled Platform Specialist to drive the day-to-day operations, support, and continuous optimization of our digital platforms across multiple markets. 

In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring platform stability, fast issue resolution, and high-quality digital experiences. 

You’ll own support processes, monitor platform performance, and advise stakeholders on best practices across ContentfulXimaPimcore, and similar digital solutions. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical ecosystems, enjoys hands-on content and data work, and takes initiative to identify gaps and drive improvements, especially in an AI-driven environment. 

What you´ll do

Platform Operations & Support 

  • Manage platform support requests, tickets, and service inquiries in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Investigate platform issues and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant internal and external teams.
  • Monitor platform stability, performance, and overall service quality to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for platform-related support topics and optimize platform operations using AI wherever possible.

Content Management & Configurations 

  • Configure and enhance platforms, including Contentful, Xima, and Pimcore.
  • Manage content structures, localization, and market rollouts.
  • Support platform enhancements, change requests, and new feature implementations.
  • Conduct QA testing and ensure high-quality platform delivery.

Stakeholder collaboration and Continuous Improvement 

  • Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, content setup, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources.
  • Drive platform optimization, process improvements, and operational excellence.

  • You build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing expert guidance and clear communication.
  • You foster strong collaboration between clients, internal teams, and external partners to achieve business goals.

What you can offer

  • 2–3 years' experience in digital operations, platform management, CMS/PIM/DAMwork, or related fields. Ticket resolution systems are a plus!
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as ContentfulPimcore, and/or similar digital experience tools and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong interest in optimizing platform operations using AI and workflows. Additional points, if you bring experience with AI in platform operations. 
  • Lastly, you are based in Berlin
