You combine strategy with hands-on execution and commercial ownership, shaping how enablement drives real value across our client portfolio.

What you´ll do
Key responsibilities include:
Develop AI-enabled solutions. You design and implement AI-driven enablement approaches and ensure they are applied in real workflows — not just conceptual use cases or pilots.

- Scale platform enablement management. You define how Platform Enablement Management works in practice at ctrl QS — from standards and frameworks to repeatable, productized solutions that can be applied across clients.
- Lead client enablement journeys. You guide senior stakeholders through transformation initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment, clarity, and results.
- Drive adoption & impact. You guide senior stakeholders through complex transformation setups and bring clarity to situations where platforms are implemented but not fully adopted.
- Own commercial integration. You embed enablement into proposals and client strategies, making it a visible and measurable driver of business value and revenue.
- Build and lead the team. You lead a hands-on platform enablement team that can operate in real client environments — combining platform understanding, AI application, and operational thinking.

- A scaled, standardized Platform Enablement capability with repeatable offerings adopted company wide
- Platform Enablement established as a core commercial differentiator in client conversations and proposals
