This is not a traditional account management role.

 

You take ownership of client relationships with leading global brands. You turn collaboration into measurable business impact and actively contribute to the growth of your accounts - and of ctrl QS.

This role requires ownership beyond coordination. You structure topics, make decisions, and move clients forward - not just manage communication.

You act as a trusted partner to your clients, guiding them through complexity, shaping solutions, and ensuring that every initiative contributes to real business results - for example improving platform adoption across markets, enabling faster rollouts, or implementing AI for scalable operations. At the same time, you drive account growth, strengthen partnerships, and position ctrl QS as a core strategic partner - not just a service provider.

What you´ll do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own client relationships end-to-end. You are the main point of contact and trusted advisor, building long-term partnerships based on trust, clarity, and measurable impact.
  • Drive account development with responsibility for growth. You identify opportunities early, develop them into concrete solutions, and actively contribute to account expansion (up- and cross-selling).
  • Translate business needs into workable solutions. You connect client objectives with ctrl QS services and shape high-impact solutions grounded in real needs and business context.
  • Lead client conversations and decisions. From initial problem framing to solution development and conversion, you guide discussions, challenge where needed, and create clarity. 
  • Ensure delivery leads to results. You collaborate with internal teams, ensure quality and consistency, and take ownership of outcomes - not just activities.
  • Enable clients to succeed independently. You help clients adopt platforms, improve workflows, and reduce complexity - creating scalable and sustainable impact.
  • Take responsibility for commercial agreements. You handle contracts, pricing, and negotiations while always linking decisions to value creation.
  • Lead through change and complexity. You guide clients through transformation, align stakeholders, and ensure progress even in fast-changing environments.


 

What you can offer

We think this role fits you if you have: 

  • Proven experience owning and growing complex client accounts with multiple stakeholders (5-8 years) 
  • A strong ability to combine client relationship management, delivery understanding, and commercial thinking
  • Experience working in digital, consulting, or agency environments, ideally around platforms, content, or digital operations 
  • Confidence in leading client conversations, presentations, and strategic discussions
  • A structured and proactive way of working, with a clear ownership mindset
  • The ability to translate complexity into clarity and turn strategy into execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, you can challenge and support at the same time
  • A solution-oriented mindset: you don’t wait for answers, you create them
  • High resilience and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments 
  • A clear focus on outcomes, impact, and continuous improvement

 

This role is not designed for pure coordinators or purely strategic profiles. You should be comfortable staying close to execution and taking responsibility for making things work.

  

 

What makes you stand out: 

  • Experience with Digital Experience Platforms, CMS, or content ecosystems
  • Proven track record of leading clients through transformation and enablement initiatives
  • Exposure to commercial responsibility (forecasting, pricing, negotiations)
  • Ability to translate market trends and platform developments into actionable opportunities for your clients
  • Experience working in multi-market or global setups
  • Experience leading teams, workstreams, or cross-functional setups
