As a Workplace Experience Manager you are responsible for creating, operating, and continuously improving a productive, engaging and future-ready workplace at ctrl QS GmbH.
Together with the team you own the end-to-end workplace ecosystem across space, operations, processes, and human experience, ensuring that team members, leadership, and external stakeholders experience an environment that enables high performance, meaningful connection, and collaboration in a hybrid working world.
You are a bridge builder across teams, locations, and leadership! As Workplace Experience Manager you translate company priorities into practical workplace execution.
What you´ll do
- Shape the hybrid workplace - Design and continuously improve how our teams work across offices, home office, and remote setups,translating company priorities into tangible workplace solutions.
- Own workplace operations & facilities - Ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality operations across all physical workplaces, managing landlords, vendors, and service providers with strong ownership and brand awareness.
- Enable hybrid collaboration & technology - Act as the bridge between physical spaces and digital tools, ensuring reliable meeting setups and close alignment with IT.
- Drive operational excellence & governance - Own workplace-related processes, contracts, budgets, and compliance topics (incl. data protection), keeping operations efficient and dependable behind the scenes.
- Create great team member experiences - Support onboarding, travel, benefits coordination, team days, events, and well-being initiatives in close collaboration with HR.
- Represent ctrl QS externally - Design and deliver professional, memorable onsite experiences for clients and partners, positioning the workplace as a strong brand touchpoint.
- Provide insights & sparring for leadership - Share workplace insights, feedback, and reporting that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

What you can offer
You don’t need to tick every box! We’re looking for someone with strong workplace experience and a genuine passion for creating great environments for people.
- Experience in workplace, office, or service-focused roles (5–8 years)
- A strong understanding of hybrid work models and what enables effective collaboration
- Hands-on experience with workplace operations, vendors, and service providers
- Confidence working with stakeholders and leadership, balancing priorities and impact
- Clear, structured, and confident communication skills
- A people-first mindset and approachable presence in a visible role
- A solid understanding of operational governance, ideally including occupational health & safety and GDPR in practice
- Curiosity for AI and automation and interest in translating tools into practical workplace use cases
- Fluent German (native) and excellent English
