What you´ll do

• You develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns in close collaboration with leadership to drive business growth and meet objectives 
• As the “owner of the brand”, you drive our brand refresh project, create brand guidelines, educate internal teams about the brand and corporate identity 
• You own and optimize multiple marketing channels and platforms, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously refine the strategy while maintaining an integrated view of all initiatives  
• You develop and steer editorial plans, crafting content to boost engagement and followers with our target audience 
• You generate innovative marketing concepts and PR stories to build a strong external brand narrative and positioning for ctrl QS 
• You take ownership of our website, actively monitoring and refining its performance, and executing SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility 
• You proactively steer collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners e.g. PR to ensure smooth implementation 
• You continuously monitor and identify opportunities from marketing and industry trends, and competitor strategies to ensure we remain current and competitive 

What you can offer

• You bring minimum of 5 years working experience in strategic marketing & content creation roles with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and projects  
• You bring experience and knowledge of the (digital) service industry with a background in agency delivery or in-house 
• You have a degree in Marketing/Management 
• You are driven, structured and can work independently to generate top-quality and relevant output in a fast-paced environment  
• You are a strong communicator with great storytelling skills and exceptional talent with words even in highly complex contexts. You have native-level fluency in English language and ideally also German 
• You are passionate and excited about our brand and eager to bring out its potential with your creativity and innovation  
• You are able to quickly develop a strong and deep understanding of new/ctrl QS business and brand, and apply this successfully and promptly to all marketing strategies and initiatives
