What you´ll do

Consulting on client marketing enterprise technologies. You successfully guide our clients through global digital transformation projects and effectively help them optimize their digital operations for their marketing technology suite by applying your expertise in consulting methodologies and a strong business understanding, especially in relation to operating models and technology.
Managing complex client scenarios. You develop strong client relationships by acting as a sparring partner to senior stakeholders while considering digital strategy, operational priorities and the connection between headquarter and local affiliates, ultimately ensuring to reach our client’s business objectives.
Driving and implementing solutions. You develop solutions by adapting to the digital landscape of client organizations, understanding the tension of centrally vs. de-centrally managed ecosystems and work hands-on on solution implementation.
Internal collaboration. You consult our client-facing core account teams to elevate our service delivery standards and deliver excellent results on complex projects in collaboration with our Account Managers and Account Directors.

What you can offer

Experience and expertise. You have several years of experience in methodology-driven consulting, incl. operating models, as well as process design with strong PMO skills. You have previous work experience in a B2B setting, such as a digital agency or an IT consultancy. You have experience working with senior stakeholders in projects related to complex digital ecosystems and enterprise Marketing Technology tools (e.g. CRMs/, DAM, PIM, and CMS).
Business Savviness. You have a strong understanding of business strategy, experience with pitching to key business stakeholders and a passion for generating new business. You have the ability to break down and apply business stragegy into workpackages and processes. Ideally, you have an academic background with a Business Degree.
Collaboration. You enjoy working independently while closely collaborating with various units across the organization. Your quick grasp of topics and ability to produce high-quality solutions make you a trusted professional for our senior stakeholders in cross-functional setups.
Your structured approach. You have a highly structured, systematic, organised and analytical way of working and thinking, allowing you to bring impact both in client-related and internal topics.
Communication Skills. You are a confident & structured communicator and a genuine people person who has the ability to develop strategic and collaborative relationships, lead workshops and brainstorming sessions. Your English language skills are excellent.
